We will have tech support available on Saturday from 8:00am-11:00am Eastern (5:00am-8:00am Pacific) to help you log in and troubleshoot any issues you experience. Plan for about 20 minutes.

There are two ways to access technical support.

• Via the Zoom Meeting above. Simply visit this page during the hours above and you will automatically join the Zoom meeting with our Tech Support specialists.
• Via phone by calling 888-446-6464 during the hours above.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** Our system works best on desktop or laptop computers. Do not use tablets (iPads, Kindles, etc.) or phones.

If you are planning to use an Apple device, there are some known issues between our video management system and the Safari internet browser. Wherever possible, please use Google Chrome browsers to have the best performance. Please check the FAQ for additional guidance.
